OPFMA is actively seeking qualified instructors for the BOC Program throughout Ohio.

Please review the BOC Course Description page for an overview BOC Level 1. 

BOC Instructor qualifications may be downloaded by clicking here.

If interested, please download, by clicking here, and complete the BOC Instructor Application.

In order to submit your application for review, we need a course outline or syllabus for a class that you have previously taught and a current resume.
